Foresight Seminar #18

NEDO successfully hosted the 18th Foresight Seminar, focusing on the theme “Robotics Powered by AI.” 

This seminar brought together distinguished researchers and leading industry experts to share their perspectives on the rapidly evolving field of AI-driven robotics. 

Starting from the introduction of Japanese government initiatives designed to accelerate the advancement of AI and robotics, the seminar explored how powerful software tools have been enabling intelligent robotics to move beyond traditional automation, redefining what is possible across industries. Presentations highlighted real-world applications where AI-driven robotics have been making a significant impact, including precision agriculture, next-generation logistics, and other emerging fields.  

Interactive Q&A sessions further enriched the discussions, allowing participants to engage directly with experts, clarify key concepts, and explore future directions for this transformative technology.
