NEDO SILICON VALLEY NEWS VOL. 43 – NEDO SIGNED IIA AGREEMENT IN SILICON VALLEY ON NOVEMBER 8TH.

NEDO participated in signing ceremony of Strategic Alliance Agreement, as one of the 11 member organizations of International Innovation Alliance (IIA) held on November 8th at Hyatt Regency in Santa Clara.
IIA is the international alliance dedicated to enhance collaboration in support for international startups in Silicon Valley.
 
The signing was attended by Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Australia), Open Austria (Austria), Brussels Business Support Agency (Belgium), Czechinvest (Czech Republic), French Tech Hub (France), German Business for the Western United States (Germany), NEDO (Japan), JETRO (Japan), Polish Investment & Trade Agency (Polish), Korean Innovation Center Silicon Valley (South Korea) and Taiwan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (Taiwan).
 
In addition to the mentioned organizations, IIA members also include Enterprise Ireland (Ireland), Nordic Innovation House (Nordic Countries), ZGC Innovation Center Silicon Valley (China) and Brussels Invest & Export (Belgium).
The event was followed by International Pitch Competition, where 12 startup companies representing member countries pitched their business models.
