On August 3rd, Shinnosuke Kameyama, Chief Representative of NEDO Silicon Valley moderated a panel session at this event.
Panelists (Kenichi Saito, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.;Masanori Onchi, Fujitsu Laboratories of America, Inc.; Norihiro Kondo, Panasonic R&D Company of America; and Taro Kaihara, Sompo Digital Lab) discussed how Japanese companies can learn from Silicon Valley Innovation, and how Japanese headquarters can connect more with Silicon Valley.
Also, in this event was the announcement to launch a PnP branch in Japan followed by pitches from Silicon Valley startups who want to advance to Japan.
