We are excited to invite you to our 67th CHIZAI (IP) Hybrid Seminar titled “Transforming U.S. IP Law: Implications of Pending Statutory Reform Impacting Global Technology and Innovation – How Japanese Companies Can Prepare.”
The seminar will focus on two major pending U.S. patent law reforms, the Patent Eligibility Restoration Act of 2025 (PERA) and the RESTORE Patent Rights Act of 2025, and will feature Mauricio Uribe of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP as our speaker.
