CHIZAI (IP) Seminar: Identifying and Protecting the Most Valuable AI Innovations (Online)

In this seminar, we have invited Steve Bachmann from Bachmann Law Group PC as a speaker, and he will discuss which parts of an AI system are considered to be patentable and the ease of detecting infringement for aspects of different AI systems. He will also address how to strategically identify the most valuable and patentable AI innovations and its effect of other factors such as company business goals, industry, and jurisdiction. Strategies for protecting the most valuable and patentable AI innovations and other AI innovations will also be covered.
