スマートグリッド CAISO市場への参加を希望する分散リソースのアグリゲータによる新しいDRAM(デマンドレスポンスオークションメカニズム)への入札が、カリフォルニア州公共事業委員会(CPUC)が設定した10月26日に締め切られた。この新しいプログラムでは、2016年6月からアグリゲーションによる100kW以上のリソースによって、デマンドレスポンスを提供することが可能となる。同州の3大電力事業者(IOU)は今回の入札案件を検討し、11月に契約先を発表する。PG&EとSCEには10MW以上、SDG&Eには2MW以上のリソースを調達する義務が課せられている。 http://www.greentechmedia.com/articles/read/The-Details-Behinds-Californias-Demand-Response-Auction-Mechanism
